- The standard delivery service time scale is an estimated 10-20 working days from purchasing your item.
- One of our colleagues will be in contact with you to schedule a delivery date that suits you.
- The delivery team will be delivering between the times of 8:00am - 18:00pm. We can not give delivery times for your delivery so we advise that someone is in the property to receive the product.
- If our delivery team come to deliver your product and no one is at the property you will be charged a £100 fee to cover the costs of the delivery.
- We would like from our customers 48 hours notice if you can not receive the item or you would not want it to be delivered on that certain date. This is so that we can manage the deliveries promptly for our customers.
- Next day delivery for £250, if the product is in stock.
