  Can I track my order ?

  How long does it take to deliver ?

We offer you the ease of ordering the product you want with the colors and combinations you want. This types of products delivery time will be longer because of they are production to order. The general delivery time depends on the product that you have chosen. You can find more information on each of product pages or Contact Us for more detailed delivery times. 

 

  How much is delivery ?

For parcel deliveries, you do not pay any fees. For two man deliveries charge are free. If you want to get more information about delivery cost, visit our Shipping Policy page.

 

  Do you deliver weekends ?

Rubeza's delivery service works 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday). When your order is ready, our delivery colleagues will contact you to decide delivery date.

 

  What if my furniture doesn’t fit on delivery ?

Rubeza offers full delivery and installation service. If you have any concern about fitting your order into door frames, hallways or stairs, feel free to Contact Us. Our team will be happy to assist you. 

 

  What if I move before my delivery has been arrived ?

In this case, you have to inform us before delivery on its way. Otherwise you will be charged a £50 fee to cover the costs of the delivery so we advise that someone is in the property to receive the product.

 

  Is the delivery charge per item or per order ?

The delivery charge is for the entire order, not per item. If you have further queries feel free to Contact Us.

 

  Can I order to future date ?

Yes, you can order to future date. First three months is free, for the following months, each month is £15.

 

  What do I do if I haven't received my delivery?

If our delivery team come to deliver you product and no one is at the property you will be charged a £50 fee to cover the costs of the delivery. You can find more information in the Rubeza's Shipping Policy page.

 

  Do I need to be home for delivery?

For small items, you can ask for the parcel to be left in a safe place or with a designated neighbour. For large items, you need to be in to sign for the delivery.

 

  Do you deliver to Europe?

We are happy to announce our international delivery service for our overseas customers. International orders to countries we ship to will have an option allowing you to request a quote.   Can you re-send my confirmation email to me? I can't find.

You should've received a confirmation email from us on the same day that you placed your order. If you didn't receive one – or can't find it – please Contact Us.

 

  Will all products in my order be delivered at the same time?

If you have placed an order for more than one item, we aren’t able to guarantee they will be delivered together. Items within your order are dispatched as soon as they are ready.

 

  How can I cancel an order?

  How can I return an item?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return an item from your order. We offer Free Returns for 14 Days for all of our products. You can find more information in the Returns and Refunds page. Please feel free to Contact Us.

 

  How long will my refund take?

When we received your item , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

  Can I exchange my item for something else?

We're sorry, but we aren’t able to exchange any product for you.

 

  What can I do if I've received the wrong product ?

We are really sorry that you were sent the wrong furniture. So we can get this rectified, please contact our team with your order number. Contact Us

 

  The item has arrived but won’t fit into the room of my choice. What can I do?

You have the right to return it free of charge for 30 days. For immediate return, you can refuse the delivery and our colleagues will take it away.
